Multi-touch?
Multi-touch is a method of interacting with a computer screen or smartphone. It allows the user to interact with the device by placing two or more fingers directly onto the surface of the screen. The movement of the fingers across the screen creates gestures, which send commands to the device.

The Nexus One is a smartphone from Google that uses the Android open source mobile operating system.
Game on Steve!!!
Not 24 hours after Steve Jobs told his minions that Google’s Don’t Be Evil mantra was “B.S.” (or “crap” depending on who you listen to) Google answers by pushing out an Android update to Nexus One users that includes multi-touch (and other Android goodness).
Rumor has it Apple requested that Google avoid multi-touch back when the companies were cozy, but Google may no longer want to comply now that the relationship has soured.
In a statement sent to ReadWriteWeb, the search giant says that the Nexus One, with its more powerful 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, is the first Android device that can handle the load.
“Unlike past devices, these phones have the processing power to deliver pinch-to-zoom, while still providing a great user experience,” a Google spokesperson told RRW.
The N1 update takes the Android/iPhone battle to a new level and frankly, the ball’s in Apple’s court. Jobs promised that the next iPhone would be A+ and that Android won’t be able to keep up with it!
As long as we get to enjoy the cake the battle can go on!
